The mission of the SEASons Senior Luncheons is to honor and serve the senior citizens of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, who are all a vital part of our parish life. In an effort to show our appreciation, we come together for a meal with the purpose of providing fellowship, faith, love, and support for our senior parishioner 65 & older. 

Volunteers are needed for set-up, decorating, food prep, dishwashing, serving, and clean up. We love including middle school and high school volunteers!

2nd Saturday of each month - September through April at 11am in Mother Seton Hall 

 We are looking to expand the SEASons Luncheon Ministry Team!

1 Communications Person: Est time per month: 3 hours - all done from home.

     Write and submit monthly bulletin announcement; Send out electronic evite; be the contact for call-in RSVPs; Create attendance list; Prepare name tags; Communicate with priests, baking committee, and lunch room staff

1 Volunteer Coordinator: Est time per month: 3 hours - all done from home.

     Confirms volunteer needs; creates and emails out sign up; Makes phone calls to fill empty slots

Several 'Day of' Coordinators: Est time per month: 5 hours (9 am - 2 pm)- in person the day of the luncheon.  Only one Coordinator is needed per luncheon. Sign up for the Saturdays that fit in your schedule

     Work with the other ministry chairs by assisting with final touches before guests arrive, lead brief meeting with servers and assign tasks, greet guests and mingle, coordinate the work of the servers, assist emcee.
