Hello! I can’t believe we are already in May. It has been such an honor to be your child’s teacher this year and I am so thankful for all the support and prayers we have received this year. Thank you for sharing your children with us and allowing us to be apart of their journey! :)
Please save your seesaw pictures and videos by the end of May because I will be archiving our class in June! Thanks so much:)
Summer tutoring-Tutoring will begin the week after VBS!! The first session will start June 9th and will go through July 23rd.Please let me know if you are interested!
If anyone is wanting us to write in a memory book such as, Oh the Places You'll Go, please send it in early to give us time to write in them. We love the idea and we want to write something meaningful, so please give us some time to do so! Thanks!

Show and Tell for all ages! (3 yr old preschool included)
Students can bring 1 item for show and tell anytime during the week that goes along with the following theme for that week:
May 4th-8th:Ocean Animals
May 11th-15th: Summer (outside toy, summer accessories, anything summer related)
Dress Up Days May 11th-15th:
Monday 11th AM and PM-Vocation day (career day- Chef, police officer, etc.)
Tuesday 12th AM and PM-Dress as your favorite character- tv show, movie, book character etc.
Wednesday 13thAM andPM-Wear your pajamas and bring a fluffy friend or blanket.
Thursday 14th AM ONLY- Wear your beach clothes to school-- swimsuits minimally visible, towels, hats, swim cover-ups, sunglasses, etc...
Thursday PM-Wear your favorite color- Go big! Colorful hair, hats, fun accessories- we love to see them go all out!!
Friday 15th-AM andPM- Wear your beach clothes to school--swimsuits minimally visible, towels, hats, swim cover-ups, sunglasses, etc...
We will send the kiddos off with a popsicle on the last day of school!!!
May Themes: Ocean Animals, Summer
Learning Objectives:Capital/lowercase letter review, Numbers- 0-30, counting up and down, Shapes- Reviewing all shapes we have learned, Colors- Rainbow Colors and Mixing Colors.We will continue working on strengthening fine motor and gross motor skills, recognizing/writing first names,birthdays, address/phone number, pencil grip, scissor practice, gluing, positional words, 1 to 1 correspondence, patterns, singing the alphabet, letters and sounds, number and shape identification, vowels/consonants, identifying beginning and ending sounds, concepts of print, rhyming and syllables.
Religion Lessons: May Crowning, Sign of the Cross, Angel of God, Grace Before Meals
