Our Technology volunteers have years of experience in the IT sector. (We are looking to build our ranks for a future initiative, see below.)
We have, Audio/Visual, Data Entry, Field Service techs (covering Operating Systems and hardware), Information Security (InfoSec) IT Managers, and Microsoft Office Specialists, Networking Infrastructure, Security.
If your group or team would like a presentation covering today's big threats, Cyber Security, Home WiFi Intrusion, Identity Theft, Online Addictions, and Scammers, please let me know and we would be happy to give a presentation.
Goals of Technology Support ministry:
- We are looking to build a team that would be able to assist those in their Golden years and/or Homebound with limited resources. The team members would help with IT needs, like basic troubleshooting, and securing their Home WiFi and audio-visual issues.
- Assisting SEAS ministry leaders in creating mass Emails, Sign Up Geniuses, setup A/V equipment, build spreadsheets, etc.
We have a vast number of people in the parish with awesome IT skill sets, anyone interested in being part of this team please let me know.
