October Preschool/Pre-K News!!
Hello!
Fall is finally here, so please make sure to dress your student appropriately for the changing weather! We will continue to go outside for recess as weather permits! Now is also a good time to make sure the extra clothes in your child's backpack is also appropriate for the changing weather. I also wanted to say thank you to everyone who has been donating to our classroom, we have been so blessed by your generosity!
Report Cards: Will be sent home Oct 22nd. Please sign the envelope and return it to school. You may keep the report card, but the envelope needs to be signed and returned to school. Thanks.
Halloween Party! All parents who are VIRTUS trained are more than welcome to come join our celebration (please check in through the main school doors by the flagpole). T/Th Preschool and PM Prek will have their party on October 30th from 10:15am-10:50am and 2:40pm-3:15pm. MWF Pre-k will have their party on October 31st at 10:15am. We will be making Halloween hats to wear for our party, so don't worry about costumes! Please reach out with any questions you may have! Hope to see you all there.

October 7th: T/TH Preschool Picture Day!
-Picture Retakes (Any Prek AM or PM students who are going to take retakes, please bring your child in the morning and check in at the office. They will guide you from there.)
October 17th: No School
October 22nd: Report Cards
October 24th: No School
October 30th:T/Th Fall Party @ 10:15 am and PM Pre-K Fall Party @2:40pm
Nov. 1st: No School
Nov. 21st: No School
Nov. 24th-28th: No School for Thanksgiving Break
October Themes: Fall, Farms, Fire Safety, Pumpkins and Halloween!
Focus: Letters- H,T, I. Numbers-0-5. Shapes- Rectangle/Triangle. Colors-Orange and Black. We will also continue working on- Name recognition & writing, rhyming, syllables, concepts of print, days of the week, months of the year, & seasons.
Religion: Sign of the Cross, Grace Before Meals, Saints, Holy Spirit, and The Trinity_______________________________________________________________________________________________
