The bierocks making weekend has returned to the third weekend in September this year. An email has been sent to those who signed up on the stewardship form and who are VIRTUS trained. Meat making will be done Friday, September 18 and bierocks will be made Saturday, September 19. All volunteers over the age of 18 must be VIRTUS trained.
