What a delicious evening, spent with friends and family, we had on November 7, 2018 as Krista Sanderson shared her passion with all of us at Ladies of Mother Seton. Krista whipped up a tasty massaged kale salad, a warm and hearty minestrone soup, and topped it off with a sweet and savory chocolate chip pumpkin bar! Who knew that beets and kale could taste so delicious?

Please visit, www.eatrealamerica.com for more information, healthy recipes, and how Krista is taking back the dinner table across the country!

From all of us, to all of you, we wish you a very HEALTHY and HAPPY Thanksgiving! May each of you feel God present around your tables and with your families this holiday season!

A little bit more about the fabulous Krista Sanderson:

Krista Sanderson began her career with a Marketing degree from Missouri State University.  After moving to Wichita, Krista found herself deep in the trials of motherhood, with feeding her family healthfully the biggest challenge of all. In 2013, after experiencing a life-changing transformation made possible by a focus on REAL food, Krista started EatRealAmerica.com to help others experience the same. Krista’s passion and talent help a variety of organizations engage and motivate their employees to eat healthfully through entertaining, educational workshops, and cooking demonstrations. Countless friends and audience members have been heard to say, “Leave it to Krista to figure out a way to make kale taste delicious!”

We look forward to sharing a night of healthy and delicious cooking while surrounding ourselves with friends, family members, and sisters in Christ!

Krista will demonstrate how to master cutting a butternut squash and turn it into a delicious Butternut Squash Minestrone.  Plus, the secret to making kale taste incredibly good, along with an excellent sweet treat idea for your next family or holiday gathering!

Keep it Simple and Eat REAL!

"This was such a fun event!" "Well done! We had a great time!"

These are just a couple of the comments that were shared with the leadership team after our October gathering!  We started off the evening by tasting delicious fall cocktails, beers, and wines, followed by time to share with our sisters in Christ who they found to be the most inspirational person in their lives.

The frosting on the cake went to Kathy! Kathy Bishop was a HIT! The ladies who attended PACKED THE HOUSE! Thank you to all of you who came to enjoy a night out and brought your Moms, Sisters, neighbors, coworkers, and friends! We truly enjoyed sharing the evening with all of you.
