“What man among you if he has a hundred sheep and loses one of them would not leave the ninety-nine in the desert and go after the lost one until he finds it....I tell you, in just the same way there will be more joy in heaven over one repentant sinner than over ninety-nine righteous people who have no need to repent.”
Life’s journey is unique for each of us, filled with challenges, joys, sorrows, failings and beginning anew. If you have been - for whatever reason - know that our God is a merciful God and welcomes you as you are. We are not good because we go to church – we are good because God loves us and forgives us. Please do not allow any individual or structure in the church come between you and the God who loves you and calls you to sharing in the fullness of his mercy and love.
If you have a desire to return to the practice of your Catholic faith and the sacraments-we are here to help you. Nothing is impossible for God and no situation, no matter how complex, is too difficult. No matter how long you have been away or where you are in your relationship with God we invite you to Come Home (click here).
Our RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) is the process through which men, women and children are initiated into the Catholic Church. It is the Church’s way of forming new disciples of Jesus Christ. Through a gradual, complete and comprehensive training in the Christian way of life (Rite, no.75), you will come to know Jesus Christ through the Catholic Christian community learning to live as Jesus’ disciples.
As you explore our Christian, Catholic faith, the process will assist in your discernment and stages of conversion, which lead to sacramental initiation. It is a spiritual formation process culminating with entry into the Catholic Church with the celebration of the Sacraments of Baptism (if not previously baptized in a Christian denomination), Confirmation, and the Eucharist.
We warmly welcome all who are interested and seeking to join the Catholic Church or wanting to learn more about the Catholic faith.
