We will be sending home fitness test scores the next couple days, students are to get them signed by you so that you have an idea on where they scored on their tests. I have explained to them how the are read but here is an example on how to read them.
Depending on the age and test boys and girls have different goals they are trying to reach. For example below is a boys and girls score. There is a column for what their goal is followed by the score they achieved. Jane Doe (girl) needed to get 26 on her Pacer score and she got 30. John Doe (boy) needed to get 44 and reached 50 etc...Under the Sit and Reach Section there are two numbers, one for their left leg score and right leg score.
|Doe, Jane (Girl)||Pacer (44B/26G)||30||Push-up (14B/8G)||9||Curl-up (30B/24G)||24||Sit & Reach (8B/10G)||11/10.5||Trunk Lift (9)||10|
|Doe John (Boy)||Pacer (44B/26G)||50||Push-up (14B/8G)||15||Curl-up (30B/24G)||30||Sit & Reach (8B/10G)||8/8.5||Trunk Lift (9)||11|
If you have any questions over their scores please feel free to give us a call or email us. Please sign the back of the sheet and send it back and we'll give them extra credit!

Mr. Racine, Mr. Carter
Welcome to the 2017-18 school year! Both myself and Mr. Carter are very excited and honored to teach your child physical education here at St. Elizabeth. Our goal is to get students up and moving for the maximum amount of time possible. We will be learning and developing many skills during the year through individual, partner, and group activities. We also will be learning the meaning of teamwork, sportsmanship and what it means to be a good team player.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us!
