MONDAY MORNING KITCHEN CREW If you’ve got time on Monday mornings and want to help the church, then we need you! A crew is being put together to help care for the kitchen in Mother Seton Hall. The kitchen is used over the weekends by various groups, and they are responsible for cleaning it after use. However, this is not always done as well as it should. So, 2-4 people are needed to come in every Monday morning to make sure the kitchen is clean, organized & re-stocked. The crew will be responsible for keeping the kitchen in “tip-top” shape, making sure items (plates, napkins, cups, etc.) are stocked, and will report to the church office about the condition the kitchen was left in by the previous group who used it.
If interested or need more information, please contact Michael Truman, Director of Stewardship & Planning, in the church office at 721-1686.
THE “JP2 CREW” The care and use of the new John Paul II Activity Center has become a concern here at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. Therefore, we are creating the “JP2 Crew” – adult parishioners (volunteers) who will supervise, monitor and enforce the rules of the new gym, walking track and work-out area. A “Crew” member will be on hand during “open gym” time (Wednesday nights 6:30pm-9:30pm & Sundays 2pm-5pm, 6pm-9pm), but eventually, used for all gym events. “Crew” members will be responsible for sweeping the gym floor before & after use, setting up the basketball goals & volleyball nets, and they will also be the authority of the gym, making sure all rules are followed. Some training will be required.
Those interested in becoming a member of the SEAS “JP2 Crew,” please contact Michael Truman, Director of Stewardship & Planning, in the church office at 721-1686. |
